At present I am working as a private orthopaedic surgeon at my hospital.

After completing my studies of orthopaedics I had joined Bombay Hospital for further training from October 1989 to September 1990. Under the guidance of DR. K.T.Dholakia.

I have started my practice of orthopaedics at NADIAD from NOVEMBER 1990.
I have expanded my hospital from 10 beds to 20 beds. We have at present 7 special rooms, two operation theatres, plaster room, x-ray room, and consulting room.

Total no of employee at my hospital are 15.fifteen.
One Doctor, (on call), one O.T. Assistant, two O.T.staff nurses, Three ward nurses, one X-ray Technician, Two receptionists, four ward boys, and one physiotherapist on call.

We conduct staff training and motivation programme periodically.
Here is my routine programme for the week.
9.30 A.M to 10.00 A.M bedside hospitals round.
10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M morning out patients time
4.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M for honorary consultation at various trust hospitals.
5.00 P.M. to 8.00 P.M Evening consultation time.
Operation timings are from 1.30 P.M to 4.00 P.M and 6.00 A.M to 9.00 A.M.
Both are flexible according to type of operation.
Total no of out patients I see at my clinic are 30 to 40 new cases and 60 to 80 follow up cases. Per week.
